29th International Thermal Conductivity Conference Award Co-Winner 2007
Dr. Ralph Dinwiddie graduated from Stockton University after earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Physics. He then went on to earn his MS and Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Delaware. Dinwiddie has since worked for 27 years as a Research Scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where he controls and processes high-speed infrared imaging and video, while also measuring and mapping thermal diffusivity of condensed materials. In 2013, Dinwiddie and his colleagues were awarded the R&D 100 Award, recognizing the top 100 most technologically significant products with their development of the SYMMETRIX HPX-F Nanocomposite Separator.
