Abstract: Polymeric composite materials were prepared by one-pot synthesis of chromophoric polymer phase change material in nitrogen-doped porous carbon (NPC). Thermal conductivity was found to increase with increasing NPC wt%, enhancing the heating rate with a shorter phase change period.
