Overview

Vehicles require constant care and attention to function properly. Fluid maintenance is a key preventive measure that extends the longevity of your vehicle and is one of the most critical elements of your vehicle’s functioning. In our latest webinar, we test several different fluids for the various sub-systems within a vehicle with the Transient Hot-Wire method.

About the Speaker

Dr. Sofia Mylona is a graduate Chemist from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.) in Greece and holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in the same university. During her Ph.D., she designed and constructed a novel Vibrating-Wire Viscometer for measuring high-viscosity liquids for which she received the 1st Metrology award in Greece. In the last 7 years, Dr. Mylona’s research is focused on thermal conductivity measurements using the Transient Hot-Wire technique.
