Abstract: Thermal properties of Ca3xDyxCo3.95Ga0.05O9+d were quantified, as were the thermoelectric properties. X-ray diffraction was used to determine the phase of the samples. The thermopower of all samples was determined to be positive. The figure of merit and the power factor increased for the samples after doping had occurred.
