Abstract: This article examined the thermoelectric properties of Ca3CO4O9 ceramic samples that were sintered using the hybrid microwave (HMW) technique. This microwave process was found to promote densification and grain texturing in the ceramics which increased their electrical conductivity. However, the thermal conductivity was unaffected by the microstructural changes.
