Abstract: This article presented the high temperature properties of high-entropy alloys (HEAs) that will potentially be used as thermoelectric (TE) generator materials. The high temperature thermal conductivity was analyzed using the transient plane source (TPS) method through the use of a Thermal Constant Analyser. From the experimental results, it was concluded that HEAs may be used as high-performance bulk TE materials at high temperatures due to their potential to reach low lattice thermal conductivities through their complex microstructures.
