Thermal Conductivity of Nitrogenated Ultrananocrystalline Diamond films on Silicon

Thermal conductivity testing was done on nitrogenated ultrananocrystalline diamond films on silicon. Temperature dependence on thermal conductivity was measured using these two techniques.
