How to calibrate and test TLS

The Transient Line Source (TLS) method is used to measure thermal conductivity or thermal resistivity of soil and rock materials. Using the interactive demonstration below, you can learn how to calibrate and test with the TLS. The reference material has been measured by an absolute method and values recorded.
