When measuring homogeneous or heterogeneous materials, it is important to consider steady-state vs. transient testing methods and how this will influence the measurement of thermal conductivity. This webinar looks to further the conversation on this topic to explain why steady-state is the preferred method for heterogeneous materials: whereas transient methods result in a bias.
