Poly(trimethylene terephthalate)-block-poly(tetramethylene oxide) (PTT-PMTO) copolymer-based nanocomposites containing a combination of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) as carbon nanofillers were investigated to determine their thermal conductivities.
