The authors used the transient plane source (TPS) technique to investigate the effect of pH on nanofluid thermal conductivity and viscosity. Cu and Al2O3 nanoparticles were dispersed in water to create two nanofluids. pH was then varied and thermal conductivity and viscosity measurements were made on the nanofluids.
